Basketball Camp Has Started

The first day of PROeM's basketball camp is nearing completion. The activities started with the evaluation of all the players to form even teams. The older players (18 and over) were drafted by the coaches, while the younger players (under 18) were evaluated and divided up as evenly as possible. The results will show evaluators knew/didn't know what they were doing and/or the coaches do/don't know what they're doing.

The competition gets started Monday morning following the morning session. After lunch each day, the leaders from the international teams will compete against each other for world supremacy (or at least bragging rights at this camp). There are teams/players from Belarus, Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine and the United States. Every country's representatives heard their national anthems at the evening session tonight.

Through this blog, we'll keep you updated on the day's games with standings at the end of each day. We'll also try to post at least one feature per day of a player competing here. We hope you like what you read here and refer the link to your friends.

Happy hooping!
